A Price List is a convenient way of customizing item rates in Zoho Inventory. It can be used to mass control/modify your item prices for a specific customer/vendor or transaction.
There are 5 Price Lists for 5 customers added in Zoho Inventory -> Price Lists
Price Lists are set up for Customers in Zoho Inventory -> Customers
When Sales Order for this Customer is created and Item is selected, the Price List is automatically applied.
The schedule is running every night starting at 2am with intervals 5 minutes between each customer.
It retrieves the data from Invoices from previous day and:
- if the Item's Price is changed in Invoice, it will update the Item Price in Price List
- if a new item is added, it will add the item to a Price List
- if the price is not changed, it will keep the price as in Price List
When the Price List is updated, the email is sent with the results
