To create a sales order:
Enter Customer Name, Expected Shipment Date and updated the fields according to your needs
Add items to the table with Add New Row button or Add items in Bulk. Update Quantity and Rate as required and click Save as Draft on the bottom of the screen
Sales Order will be created in Draft status. At this stage edit SO as required.
When SO is finalized -> Confirm SO . It can be confirmed one-by one in SO Details screen. Click Sales Order and click Mark as Confirmed button.
To confirm multiple SOs at once: Open SO view and select multiple SOs and click Mark as Confirmed button on top of the screen
When all Sales Orders are confirmed, proceed with
Generating PO steps.
Pick Items
Go to Zoho Inventory -> Sales Orders -> click Sales Order and click PDF/Print option on the top bar menu. Click Print
To print multiple Sales Orders go to Zoho Inventory -> Sales Orders -> select Sales Orders for printing and click Print icon on the top menu bar
After Sales Orders are picked, edit Sales Order if required:
Go to Zoho Inventory -> Sales Orders and click Edit icon on the top menu bar. Update Sales Order and Save
