Last Synced Status options
Generate SO Items Last Synced Status can be:
Data Sync Successful. The last sync started at Last Synced Started Time was successful.
Sync in Progress. The last sync started at Last Synced Started Time is still in progress.
Sync failure. The last sync started at Last Synced Started Time is failed
Sync Failure
When there is a Sync failure status. To check the cause:
1. Click Go to Zoho Analytics button in Zoho Creator or open Zoho Analytics directly
2. Click Data Sources -> Zoho Inventory
3. The explanation will be added in Reason for Sync Failure field
Most common cause is when 2 syncs manual and automatic are collided
The next Sync will start automatically on Next Schedule Time or it can be triggered manually from Zoho Creator or Zoho Analytics

Sync from Zoho Analytics
click Go to Zoho Analytics button -> a new page with Zoho Analytics will be opened. Go to Data Sources and click Sync Now near Zoho Inventory.
Do not start a manual sync if the scheduled Next Sync Time is less than 10-15 minutes from now.
Do not start a manual sync if the Last Sync Status is In Progress.
The status will be changed to Sync in Progress. It will take ~15 minutes to finish synchronization. You should see Data Sync Successful before proceeding to next step. To check the status, please, refresh the page.
Sync from Zoho Creator
Click 1. Sync Zoho Inventory Data in Generate SO Items page. The page will be refreshed and status will be changed to Sync in Progress. It will take ~15 minutes to finish synchronization. You should see Data Sync Successful before proceeding to next step. To check the status, please, refresh the page.
